Our gluten-free bread is made with rice and corn flour, in a specific workshop having its specific equipment dedicated to gluten-free products. Then they are baked in single-use punnet to avoid any contamination* by traditional flour.
Gluten-free loaves are available in white and multi.
* The analyses made by CARAH enable us to guarantee a lower rate that the norms imposed by the European law CE 41/2009.
